The Liberal Studies program in Jewish Studies is primarily concerned with the study of Jewish culture and religion, including Israel and its position in the world in historical and contemporary dimensions.  Departments in which students take courses include History, Middle East and Asian Languages and Cultures, and Religion.  Students also take courses at the Jewish Theological Seminary.
